Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates (Canada)
• Standard: C$12.00 — free standard shipping within Canada on orders over C$99
• Express: C$20.00 — express delivery only; it does not change production or tailoring time.
We currently ship within Canada.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 weeks
Every NorthStitch Co. suit is made to order — measured, cut, and finished by hand to your specifications. Estimated production plus delivery is 3–5 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. NorthStitch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us at contact@northstitchco.com as soon as possible — we may not be able to change the address once the order has shipped.

Carrier delays
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Transit times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@northstitchco.com with your order details (and photos of any damage) so we can look into it with the carrier.

Delivery problems
If anything goes wrong with your delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact NorthStitch at contact@northstitchco.com so we can help.

Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
